Flood Insurance Required for Citizens Policy Holders

We have recently been informed by Citizens that beginning April 1, 2023, and moving forward, all Citizens Policy Holders in flood zones will require separate flood insurance. Existing renewal policies will require flood insurance by July 2023. By March of 2027, all Citizens policy holders will require flood insurance coverage. READ MORE >>
